Very friendly staff along with very high quality massages or treatments as well as a clean and welcoming facility will grant you an opportunity to relax and escape whatever is heavy on you for at least a couple of hours . I particularly liked the quiet room you have access to after the massage and the Tipidarium (the not so warm sauna). If the prices seem high to you, just trust the comments on here. You will not regret.Schöner Day Spa im Ahlbecker Hof integriert.

A beautiful day spa integrated into the Ahlbecker Hof. Friendly staff, bathrobes, and towels for €35... what more could you want? Various sauna areas, showers, and relaxation zones complete the offering. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Massage appointments can also be arranged upon request. We'd love to come back. 🤗

The spa offers many options, including a sauna, a seraglio bath, a large pool, massages, and more. The staff are friendly. I booked a full-body massage. Unfortunately, the masseuse was very gentle, even though I asked for more pressure. She didn't. It was as if I was just being oiled. Back in the pool area, I found a family behaving like they were in a water park... jumping off the edge, screaming... the spa staff weren't interested. What a shame! Conclusion: The spa has a lot of potential, but it's not being utilized.

I wanted to relax a bit at the spa with my wife. After being greeted at the hotel reception, we were led to the reception in the spa area. However, there was no one there. We were asked to wait two minutes. After 30 minutes without anyone coming, we left. It's a shame, but we wouldn't recommend it.
